and i can't accept it...

i am lazy but was never irresponsible.

i see to it that i do the duties entrusted to me.

i did something wrong but it wasn't irresponsibility..

look at yourself in the mirror first and see if you have dirt on your face...

after a while you learn the subtle difference between
holding a hand and chaining a soul.
you learn that love doesn't mean leaning..
and company doesn't mean security..
you begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts..
and presents are not promises..
you begin to accept your defeats
with your head up and your eyes wide open..
with the grace of an adult
and not the grief of a child.
after a while you learn
that even sunshine burns
if you get too much..

so plant your garden
and decorate your soul
instead of waiting for someone
to bring you flowers..
